Effective as of July 2021, the EU has since implemented new requirements/policies for selling toys to buyers in the European Union.

Unfortunately, as a small seller from outside the EU, there is little I can do to obtain the necessary certifications. I will be marking the plushes as "collectibles" rather than "toys;" however, there is little I can do if customs decides to confiscate/prohibit the merchandise.
As stated, I will do everything in my power to comply and include clear care instructions and a list of potential hazards, but what ultimately results will be completely out of my control.
By purchasing this preorder should you be in the EU, you are hereby acknowledging and accepting the potential risks. Please do understand I will be unable to offer refunds for this case.
