Unfortunately, as a small seller from outside the EU, there is rather unaffordable for me to obtain the necessary certifications. All Sylvie fox plushes have been CPSC certified; however that is not the case with my 12 cm dolls. I will be marking the plushes as "collectibles" rather than "toys," although there is little I can do if customs decides to confiscate/prohibit the merchandise.
As stated, I will do everything in my power to comply and include clear care instructions and a list of potential hazards, but what ultimately results will be completely out of my control.
By purchasing this preorder, should you be in the EU, you are hereby acknowledging and accepting the potential risks. Please do understand I will be unable to offer refunds for this case.
